As announced on the morning of March 17, 2008, I-trax,
Inc. (Amex: DMX) has signed a
definitive agreement to be
acquired by Walgreen Co. (NYSE,
NASDAQ: WAG). I-trax hosted a conference call
later that day discuss the transaction. During the call, Frank A. Martin, chairman, and R. Dixon Thayer, chief executive officer, discussed
the announcement.
